I started as a developer jumping between new projects, chasing the thrill of building. Over time, I realised my real strength was in what others avoided: debugging. While others got frustrated, I enjoyed peeling back layers until the problem couldn’t hide. That mindset carried me from startups to government projects, and today I teach teams how to debug calmly, effectively, and without firefighting.
